The Secret Garden Collection

The Secret Garden is a children’s book written by Frances Hodgson Burnett and published in 1911.  It has also been adapted for screen, television and stage.
Its a tale  of physical and spiritual healing through nature and its effects on the human spirit. Young Mary discovers this lost, secret, forbidden and  forlorn garden, which she seeks to restore, and it has a transforming effect on her and her two friends.

The Secret Garden collection reflects what I envisage when I picture the discovery of the rambling, overgrown garden, wild with undisturbed colour and the freedom to grow wild and untouched.

This is one of a set of 4. Wild, Roses, Forgotten, & Untouched, which would look great displayed on its own, or in a group of 2, 3, or 4.

Painted with acrylic on stretched canvas and other mixed media if noted above. There are two options for framing - either the beautiful oak floating frame as shown - or just the internal stretcher bars but still ready to hang.   For some artworks they can be hung in portrait or landscape.  If you would like a different orientation to what is shown in the main picture, please let me know at checkout.

Once purchased, if you have requested an oak frame, please allow two to three weeks for framing prior to shipping.

FREE Shipping Worldwide for all orders over $200.  Please note that during sales, products may take up to 7 days to ship.

FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA: The artwork will be carefully shipped as a rolled canvas in sturdy mailer tube to anywhere in the world for free.
